Flag off Time : 6:00am (21km), 6.10am (15km), 6.20am (10km)
Please make sure that you are at the race site at least ONE HOUR before the start of your race.  Do note that we will start the race at the apppointed times and we will not be waiting for late comers.

Asia Xtreme Adventure reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or postpone this race without prior notice. For the cancellation, termination or postponement by AXA of this race, runners shall not entitled to any claim or compensation against AXA for any inconveniences / loss incurred by the runners.All decisions made by the race committee is final.

 

STARTING POINT / PARKING OF CARS
The starting point is at the football field / Padang at Kg Luanti which is about 1.5km from the entrance of Sabah Tea Plantation. Entry to the starting line is through the Dewan of Kg Luanti.  Parking is available a short distance from the starting point. Police and volunteers will be on hand to direct you to the parking lots. Do be mindful not to obstruct traffic when you are parking. You will be ticketed by the police.   Please see attach map for the location of the start point.

Deposit : please bring RM150 for a deposit of the waterproof running chip.

This is FULLY REFUNDABLE when you return the chip to us at the Dewan after the race.

 

B) RACE DAY DETAILS

Time :
Flag-off time for 42km : 6.00am Cut-off time : 10.30am (4.5 hours)
Flag-off time for 15km : 6.10am Cut-off time : 10.10am (4 hours)
Flag-off time for 10km : 6.20am Cut-off time : 10.20am (4 hours)
If you are still on the route after the cut-off time, we will send a vehicle to pick you up. No runners will be permitted to be within the running routes after the cut-off time fore safety reasons.

Race Chip and race bib (mandatory)
Runner with no race bib will not be able to participate in the race.

Things to bring:
Waterbottle (min 600ml)
Cap / Sunglasses (if necessary)Engery gel (if necessary)
Sunblock (if necessary)
Trail running shoes (preferable)

There will be water stations throughout the entire route at approximately 3.5km - 4km apart. Water and 100plus will be provided,

We will be providing a space to store your bags in the dewan on race day. However, we strongly advise that you do not bring your expensive valuables such as handphones to the race site. The race organisers are not responsible for the loss of any items. There will be vendors selling food and drinks next to the race site. We suggest that you bring some small change if you wish to purchase some food and drinks.

 

C)TRANSPORTATION FROM KK TO KG LUANTI PADANG (START POINT)

Date : 25 October 2014
Gathering time : 1.45am
Departure Time : 2.00am (sharp)
Venue : Le Meridian.  Side road between hotel and warisan square. Please refer to map. 
Only runners who have already paid for the transport before 25 Oct will be allowed on the bus. Last minute walk-ins will not be allowed on the bus due to space constrain.

Please be prepared to show your identification to our staff dressed in a yellow T-shirt
